Find the folder in Windows/File Explorer that contains your files for uploading

Click into the Windows/File Explorer toolbar to copy the full folder path

Using Google Chrome, you can click into the URL bar, paste the folder path, and hit Enter/Go:

This will bring you to a location like the one below. Note: the file path will reflect your own computer's file path, likely reading C:\Users\Administrator\Your Parent Folder\Your Child Folder.

Use the keyboard shortcuts of Ctrl + A (select all) and Ctrl + C (copy) to select and copy all items shown. Paste this information into a new Excel file (Ctrl + V)

You will need to take the folder path from the first row and add it to the front of your file names to create complete document paths, not just the file names.

Combine Folder Path with Document Name

Here's one easy trick!

When you paste the results, right-click and paste it to "Match Destination Formatting" You will get something like this:

Delete Row 2 & 3 and columns B & C to get just the Document Names in row A.

Now, right click to insert a row to the left of the Contract Name.

Copy the Folder Path from Row 1. Don't copy "Index of"

Paste it in Column A and drag it down next to all of your files. (You can also double-click the small square in the lower right corner of a selected cell.

In Column C, we will be using a f͈̹̩̮o̝͕̦̝r̰̠͖̺̘̭͈m͕͇̱ul̬̩̹̲̭a̭. It's an easy one, don't worry.

=(A2&B)

Drag the formula down to fill in all the rows below it. Excel will adjust the formula for you. (IE: Row 5 uses A5 & B5 etc.)

Row C will be the Document Paths for you to use on the bulk loader!
