If you have forgotten any of your Login information, Company Name, Username, or Password, you can easily retrieve whatever you are missing by using the ?'s on the login page. Each one will provide you with enough data to get yourself back into UCM with just your email that is tied to your user.
If you've forgotten your Company Name, after clicking on the ? next to the text field, you'll be prompted to enter your email address.
If you have a valid email attached to a User of UCM, you'll get a green confirmation message, and if the email address is NOT linked to any accounts, you'll receive a message letting you know.
If you see the confirmation message, you'll receive an email like the one below that informs you of the Company Name that is associated with that email. Note: If you happen to have access to multiple UCM systems, you'll get a full list of all Company Names attached to that email.
If you've forgotten your Username, you'll need both a valid email, and your Company Name to retrieve it.
Same as with Company Name, you will either receive a confirmation or invalid email response from UCM, and if you see the confirmation, you'll receive an email like the one below that tells you your Username.
Finally, if you've forgotten your Password, you need your Company Name and Username to receive your Password Reset Link.
You'll see a slightly different Confirmation status with a Password reset, but as long as it is in the green box, you will receive an email like the one below with a link that will allow you to reset your Password.
