When you create your new Workflow, there are a few settings that need to be initially configured:

(A) Workflow Name - No limit on characters, but we recommend keeping your Workflow name as concise as possible for easier selection from the dropdown lists.

(B) Assignee's Locked - Enabling this option will prevent anyone other than an Admin from adjusting the Users Assigned to a Stage. More information about Adding Assignee's from a Contract can be found HERE.

(C) Only Current Assignee Can Update Stage - Enabling this option will make it so only a User who is assigned to a Stage can advance the Workflow. More information about Workflow Security Options can be found HERE.

(D) Add New - This will add another Stage Selector to the list below.

(E) Stage Selector, Ordering, & Skipping - Each dropdown allows you to select from your list of Stages. While a single Stage can be a part of multiple Workflows at once, a Workflow can only contain a single Stage one time. You can rearrange the order of your Stages by grabbing the number next to the dropdown and dragging it to the correct order. By default, a Workflow can only be completed in sequential order, however you can allow any of your Stages to be optionally Skipped by checking the box to the right of the Stage.
