To backup Documents from Multiple Containers, follow the instructions HERE.

Backing up your Documents from a single Contract Container is as easy as going to the Contract's Attachment tab (A) and selecting the Backup icon (B) to begin the process.


Selecting the backup icon will create a Zip File of all the documents that are being stored in your Attachment Grid below (C).


Once you click the icon, you'll receive two pop-up windows; the first, (D), will confirm that you are creating a backup file, and the second, (E), will instruct you on what to do next.


Which is, to click the Download Backup (F) link that will have appeared next to your other document icons. Clicking this link will download your Zip File of all your documents, and your backup is complete.
