To ensure that your local Admin has given you access to all Folders that you'll need access to, you can navigate to 'My Profile', from the Blue Guy at the top right of your screen (A). Once you're there, click on User Access Report (B) to see what folders you have access to currently. This way, you can check to make sure you have access to everything you need to see. Keep in mind that you can always ask an Admin to give you access to specific Folders when necessary.
