Issue or Question

I created a New User and I do not see them in the Owner Dropdown when creating a new Contract or re-assigning existing Contracts.


Resolution Steps

  1. If you are a non-Admin User, please contact your Local Admin to complete the following steps
  2. Check the Folder Permissions of the New User you Created
  3. Ensure they have the Be An Owner permission for the Folder you were either creating the new Contract in or editing of an existing
  4. After updating permissions, log-out and login again to see the User appear in the Owner Dropdown

Helpful Hints

  • If the User is under Control of a Role Model, you will need to update either the entire Role Model (which can affect other Users) or disassociate the New User from the Role Model before updating Permission.
