Issue or Question
I created a New User and I do not see them in the Owner Dropdown when creating a new Contract or re-assigning existing Contracts.
Resolution Steps
- If you are a non-Admin User, please contact your Local Admin to complete the following steps
- Check the Folder Permissions of the New User you Created
- Ensure they have the Be An Owner permission for the Folder you were either creating the new Contract in or editing of an existing
- After updating permissions, log-out and login again to see the User appear in the Owner Dropdown
Helpful Hints
- If the User is under Control of a Role Model, you will need to update either the entire Role Model (which can affect other Users) or disassociate the New User from the Role Model before updating Permission.
