iContracts UCM will be updating our Wildcard Certificate, and you will need to update our Security Certificate in your Production IdP Trust configuration. All files and instructions below.


The projected date for PRODUCTION is Saturday, March 23, 2024.  Once we have updated our certificate, you’ll be able to configure it on your systems that weekend.


Failure to update the certificate in Production will mean end-users will not be able to login successfully until the certificate is updated.

 

The new certificate will be available to test in our STAGING/TEST environment over the period of Wednesday, February 21, 2024 – Friday, March 8, 2024.


New Universal Contract Manager (UCM) Certificate

File Name: star_icontracts_com.cer

Instructions: 

  1. Download File (star_icontracts_com.cer) from attachment area below
  2. Update the certificate on your server. 
    • Documentation Instructions attached below for ADFS, AZURE, & OKTA
  3. Optional: Download the Metadata for Staging file to test config prior to updating in Production
  4. Download the Metadata for PRODUCTION file and update to complete.
